Bold Butterflies

Hello there!
I have a card which combines three challenges today:

I started off with sketch number 286 over at Sketch Saturday:

Items used:
Bold Butterflies Framelits
Butterflies Framelits
Lost Lagoon ink
Retired DSP
sentiment from Watercolour Wings

When I had finished my card I had to sit on all of my embellishments as I felt that it was too CAS - what do you think?

Thanks for visiting and I hope that you have a lovely Bank holiday weekend.

Guy Greetings

Good evening!

I did not have any saints, dragons or heroes in my crafty stash so I used Stampin' Up! GUY GREETINGS:
For the sentiment 'You're My Hero' I used my rotary stamp and I coloured my hero in with a Promarker.

When I finished my card I noticed a splodge so I covered it with a wooden heart!

Thanks for visiting and I hope you have had a lovely day

Stampin' Up! Balloon Celebration For Less Is More Challenge

Hi there - I'm back with another card!
Yesterday I managed to make three cards while Posy was asleep. It really is like having a new baby, when she sleeps I either try and cram in as much housework possible or have some me time crafting!

So here is my second card for today:

I used Stampin' Up! Balloon Celebration Bundle:

When I finished my card I decided to put some Crystal Effects on the balloons to make them shine:

I think that I like this one better!
What you hopefully can't see is that I accidentally put my thumb in the balloon on the left when it was still wet so I had to re Crystal Effect it!!

The challenge at LESS IS MORE is 3 stamps so as the balloons are a three step stamp set I will enter there.

Right I'm off to my other blog with a Penny Black card.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

STAMPIN' UP! GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #GDP031

Good morning from a very sunny Devon :-)
I have a card to share with you using Stampin' Up! Botanical Builder Framelits:

Here are the dies:

As you can see there are lots of beautiful variations of tropical foliage!
But instead of the bold colours used in the catalogue:

I went with my favourite colour combination of pink and grey.

The challenge over at the Global Design Project is:
So I will enter that and also as I used snippets of card and DSP I will also enter:
Pixie's Snippets Playground
Pixies Snippets Playground

Thanks for visiting and I hope that you have a fabulous day!
